Expanding the View:
Over the past few months, I’ve been steadily expanding my photography services to include aerial imagery and video, and it’s been an exciting new chapter. Using the DJI Mini 4 Pro, I’ve been able to explore a whole new perspective, capturing the properties and surrounding scenery I already love to photograph, now from above.
The training has been progressive and considered, giving me the time to fully understand not just the technical side of flying, but how best to use aerial imagery to tell a more complete visual story. From sweeping shots that reveal a property’s setting to slow, considered video sequences that show how a home sits in the landscape, the drone has become a natural extension of my creative process.

What’s impressed me most is how much atmosphere can be added with even a simple elevated view, whether it’s showing the winding path down to a Cornish beach, the layout of a peaceful garden, or the scale and setting of a countryside home. These are the things that help potential guests or buyers connect with a place before they’ve even set foot inside.
Adding drone photography and video has deepened what I can offer to clients, bringing new clarity and emotion to the work I already do. It’s been rewarding to see how this added layer can help properties stand out and I’m excited to keep building on it as the year goes on.
If you’re looking to capture your property from a new perspective, I’d love to help create something that truly shows it at its best.
